Inkberry Ilex Glabra25 Seeds Thank you to Noah on Etsy & Derek on Ebay for solving the 'Mystery Berry'! Its a waist high berry bush with Yaupon Holly like leaves. Derek says the leaves make a great tea - we will try this out soon! The berries are about Sparkleberry size, maybe a little bigger. The berry is VERY astringent! We have also read it is slightly toxic - Do not eat them!! Seeds are on the larger side for a berry of this size. They look somewhat like a Serviceberry seed, but a little smaller with pink, blue or purple coloration. This is a highly sought after and hard to find Florida Native bush. It grows very well in sandy, dry conditions with little care. The flowers attract many honey bees while the berries attract different birds. These seeds were harvested December 2023 Seed Starting Soak in warm water overnight Place seeds in a bag of sterile soil Expose bag to temperatures of 75+ deg F for 60 days Place in your refrigerator for 60 days Sow seeds 3/8" deep & keep moist Sporadic germination over 2-3 years Shipping Orders $10+ ship USPS Ground with Tracking for FREE!
