0.5 pounds of Wapsie Valley seed corn. Wapsie Valley is a heritage, open-pollinated corn variety that originated in Iowa. It's known for its flavor, adaptability, and genetic diversity. Stalks will produce either a yellow ear or a red ear. The flavor is sweet and mellow, with a more complex flavor than hybrid corn. Makes excellent cornmeal and grits as well as livestock feed. This corn was shelled from our farms 2024 crop. May contain pieces of husk or cob and occasional cracked kernels. This is not certified seed and cannot guarantee germination rate. It’s the same seed we use to plant with.
