Growing Instructions:Sprouting is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. Simply soak your alfalfa seeds in water for 8 to 12 hours, place them in your sprouting container, in a wam area (70°) , and rinse at least twice a day for 4 to 6 days until the sprout’s small leaves turn green.
