1 Pound Sprouted mixed colors of seed potatoes. Many New Varieties with coloring inside and out. You will get a mix of different colors, purple, reds, bi-colored and yellow skin potatoes.Examples of yellow skin can be Yukon's, Russets and other yellow skin types. We try to give a good mixture of color in the 1 pound. Mixed selection, not separated by names or colors. They will be sprouted and ready to plant. We grow all our Potatoes organically. Non -GMO. A day or two before planting, use a sharp, clean knife to slice the larger seed potatoes into two seeds. Each seed should be at least 1 1/2-2inches in size and must contain at least 1 “eye” or bud. Smaller potatoes may be planted whole. The cut side of the potato will form a thick callous over the cuts, which will help to prevent it from rotting once planted.
