As the Rich Sweetness is to cantaloupe, so this is to a honeydew. The standard melon vine and yellow blooms produce squat, rounded and slightly ribbed melons up to about 4 inches in diameter, that when mature develop a striking orange color with two-tone green bands in between. The interior is mildly and musky-flavored and bright green, good for adding to smoothies or salads.Packets contain approx. 15 seeds each. Seeds are shipped padded in either standard mail or padded envelopes via USPS. US shipping only, and shipping options with tracking and insurance must be chosen in order to qualify for replacement guarantees should mail become lost in transit; during holiday seasons, Padded First Class or Priority shipping options are recommended to ward against lost mail.
