Chinese garlic chives grow in expanding perennial clumps. In warmer growing zones, they grow year round with minimum care. In colder zones, the up-ground parts die off, and then come back in the spring. These plant grow really well in total sun, moderate to low water, and heat. They may reach 14-20 inches tall, with white flowers.You will receive 25 Organic Garlic Chives - Chinese Leeks - Starter plants - live plants. Will trim off the leaves before ship them. These roots are grown in our yard with no pesticides, only organically manure were applied. Plant them in a group of 2-3 plants. You will never have to replant again. They will come back year after year. Love eating them by quickly sautéing them with Tofu, in Pad Thai, or just as a flavor enhancer in any dish. They taste great cooked or raw. When you receive them, please plant them right away in your garden or at a pot then rinse them with water.We can not accept returns on the plants.
