You are bidding on about 20 BAMBOO LEAF BEAUTYBERRY SEEDS - callicarpa pilosissima . ( In the wild) a shrub to 6 feet tall, with long slender arching hairy stems bearing long narrowly leaves to 15 x 3cm long with long acuminate tips, covered in stellate hairs. It has large, 10-12 inch long fuzzy leaves and clusters of conspicuously scattered white to pale purple orbicular fruit born in late summer-autumn, affording an unusual display. This Beautyberry is a large deciduous or semi-evergreen shrub native to Taiwan and little known outside the country. It is a striking novelty shrub for mild climate areas and should be planted in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny or semi-shady location. great for bonsai or small gardens.
