Here you get 100 seeds of Purple Teasel Flower, a dramatic ornamental plant in your garden but also excellent in dried arrangements. It is a biannual that will get up to 6 foot tall and grows in zones 3-8. Plant it in a back border in a sunny spot. It is pretty easy to grow and needs only little water once established. Deer don't eat them, but pollinators love this wild flower. How to plant: Either start the seeds in spring or in fall. Cover the seeds lightly with 1/8 inch of soil. The first year they will grow into a rosette and in the second year they grow into the tall, dramatic plant. Grow the seeds in pots and transplant them to their final place or start them in the soil where you want them to grow without having to transplant them. Water the seedlings regularly till they are established into a small rosette and then just let them do their own thing. Please have a look at my other auctions. If I can combine shipping, I will include bonus seeds to show you my appreciation.
