How to grow broccoli microgreens:Simply coat bottom of your growing tray with coconut coir, and spray until damp (not wet). Sprinkle broccoli seeds on top of coconut coir, and then mist again with fresh water. Seeds will sprout within 48 hours, and will be ready for harvest in 9 days from starting. Some growers use unbleached paper towels instead of coconut coir. Simply line bottom of tray with a few unbleached paper towels, and sprinkle seeds on top. Mist, and watch grow.
