Calabrese Broccoli 48 days. Brassica oleracea. A very flavorful and personal favorite of ours! Good in short season areas with cool nights. Slow to bolt. Once the main head it cut the season is extended from the continuous production of smaller “Mini-heads” growing from many offshoots! Also can be used as a sprouting broccoli.
