Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) Seeds. Herbaceous perennial. Zone 4-9. Leaves and flowering tops are collected when the plant comes into flower and used fresh or dried. Space about 3 feet apart. Water well once a week after it gets well established. The mature plant pictured is what Southernwood looks like when grown. The smaller potted plant is what it looks like when it is young. (YOU DO NOT GET PLANTS. THESE ARE SEEDS). Press the seed onto moist soil. Do not cover with soil. Keep moist and in light until seeds germinate in 10 to 21 days. Transplant carefully to other pots when seedlings are around one inch or so tall. When about 5 inches tall you can transplant outdoors. 50 seeds per pkg.
