These are drought resistant perennials for zones 8 and above. The plant is also known as Mexican Petunia and the pink is a very hard color to find color in this plant. The plants, when covered with masses of these 1 inch flowers, give your garden a bright spot always. They grow to 30 and can fill in a dry and sunny area in no time at all. They are in blossom from April thru October with almost continuous blooms. This plant does reseed easily and also form runners for extra plants. Zones 8 to 11.
