These seeds were collected from Lawsonia inermis, also known as Egyptian Privet, Henna, and Mignonette Tree. This perennial shrub likes to live in full sun where it can get about 15 feet high. The pink and white blossoms are fragrant and on display from late spring until early summer. It is used to make the dye henna which is used to dye hair, skin, nails, and several different fabrics.
