Some familiar names include little bell, Three lobe Morning Glory, Little Bell Morning Glory, and Aiea Morning Glory. It is native to the tropical Americas. Triloba refers to the three-lobed leaves. A fast-growing vine that will produce long, thin stems. The leaves are heart-shaped 2-3 inches long. The fragrant flowers are small bell-shaped, about 2-3 cm wide, and very cute in bloom from mid-spring until early fall. They can have different colors, from light pink to red and lavender. These seeds are from lavender flowers. The bees, butterflies, and birds will visit this one. It will act like a perennial in Zones 7-11. Germination Sow seeds on top of the soil and lightly cover. Keep moist in a bright spot. Do not cover with plastic and keep temperatures around 65-75F. Germination is in 7-60 days.
