Hairy daisy seeds (Erigeron divergens) -30 seeds- These were gathered wild in the Mojave desert Also Called: Spreading Fleabane, Branching Fleabane, Desert Fleabane, Fleabane Daisy, Spreading Daisy Flowers are White and yellow, (some pink or purple buds) showy, daisy-like heads on the tips of branches (some plants with more than 50 flower heads), numerous ray florets (75 to 150 narrowly shaped), quite attractive; pinkish white, purple or lavender This plant had a number of uses in Native American traditional medicine. The Navajo used it as an aid in childbirth, as a lotion, an eyewash, and a treatment for snakebite and headache. It was a good luck charm among the Kiowa people, thought to bring good fortune
