Hardy to in zones 7 to 11 or bring in and place in a cool basement in colder climates. remember this listing is for the rhizomes and not the full sized plant. You will receive 1 rhizome (root) that are freshly dug and ready to grow in your garden. The top growth is removed- rhizomes have plenty of energy to regenerate once planted in your garden. Canna roots begin showing new growth in 3-5 weeks depending on location, temperature and water. Cannas prefer a moist soil but not soggy soil in full sun although I have some and partial shade and they are doing great. Please note that I ship healthy roots that are viable .
