Over 150 + seeds of Persian Iranian مرزه Summer savory it is usually eaten raw with food in sabzi khordan , especially kababs , it is also one of the ingredients in many Persian cooking / Dishes recipes. It loves heat and full Sun , In Phoenix area I grow it all Summer until the first frost. When established It is a fast and vigorous grower. It has green leaves with spicy flavor. Plant seeds in a well drained soil , cover seeds with no more than 1/8" soil or preferably builder sand .Plants were grown totally organic ,without the use of any chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
