150 Heirloom Christmas Cassia seeds. *Ships in bubble mailer I bought the ancestors of these seeds over 25 years ago at a butterfly garden plant sale. I've been growing them ever since. They are a great addition to any habitable garden. Christmas Cassia are frost sensitive. They need to be kept in pots and brought inside during freezes in zones 8 and below. Christmas Cassia are a host plant for the Sulphur Butterfly caterpillar and will attract the butterflies. They also respond well to trimming and can be used for bonsai as well as Zen gardening. These are also refered to as Cassia Pendula and Senna Pendula. Plant seeds 1/4 of a inch deep and water. Can take full sun or shade. Will grow like a vine if left unattended or bush out if trimmed. Grows well near most plants.
