Click Here To View Our Other Available Coneflower Varities! Beware of the china seeds and other too good to be true sellers, multi color, double decker and hybrid varieties do not grow true to the parent plant, sellers with one google found image to represent their seeds, these are not reliable, I tried many when I first started raising coneflowers and none grew true to the seeds described. We show you the actual plants from our gardens! We label each plant so there are no mix ups when harvesting and cover seed heads with mesh bags so the birds do not destroy and eat all our seeds, we do leave plenty for them however! Again, beware of the 50 red coneflower seeds for $3, big “red” flag. Look at the coneflower seed prices from reputable companies online, they are not cheap, they are tough and painful to harvest! I’m not saying this to only help my sales, as I said I was sucked into these “deals” early on, its disappointing to put the time and effort into growing these plants to end up with common purple plants and not the colors you expected. We also garden towards helping the butterfly population thrive, so we do not use harmful chemicals or fertilizers. We have great soil here in CT so very little is needed to help these plants thrive, some compost and/or an organic/natural fertilizer once in a great while is about it. I start my coneflowers indoors around January and get flowers the same year, these do not require cold stratification. I use 72 cell trays with domes/heat mats and get amazing results with these seeds. Of course these can be grown directly in your garden as well. A Greenhouse owner also told me they start coneflower seeds in June to have plants flowering nicely ready for sale the following June. Enjoy free shipping and start growing your own delightful Daisy garden today! Orders are typically processed within 48 hours! — Grow Your Own Beautiful Daisies from Seed! Instructions: 1. Prepare Soil: Choose well-draining, fertile soil. Loosen the soil to a depth of at least 6-8 inches and remove any rocks or debris. 2. Plant Seeds: Sow daisy seeds directly into the prepared soil or start them indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date. Plant seeds about 1/8 inch deep and cover lightly with soil. 3. Water: Water the soil thoroughly after planting to ensure good seed-to-soil contact. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. 4. Provide Sunlight: Daisies prefer full sun. Choose a location that receives at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. 5. Thin Seedlings: If you started seeds indoors, transplant them outdoors after the danger of frost has passed. Space the seedlings 12-18 inches apart. If sown directly, thin the seedlings to the same spacing once they are a few inches tall. 6. Mulch: Apply a layer of mulch around the base of the daisy plants to retain soil moisture and suppress weeds. 7. Fertilize (Optional): Daisies are relatively low-maintenance but can benefit from a balanced fertilizer applied in the spring. Follow package instructions for dosage. 8. Deadhead: Remove spent flowers (deadheading) to encourage continuous blooming throughout the growing season. This will also prevent self-seeding and maintain a tidy appearance. 9. Watering: Water regularly, especially during dry periods. Daisies prefer evenly moist soil but are somewhat drought-tolerant once established. 10. Pest and Disease Control: Monitor your daisies for common pests like aphids or diseases such as powdery mildew. Use organic pest control methods if necessary. 11. Divide Plants: Every 2-3 years, divide your daisy plants in early spring or fall to prevent overcrowding and promote vigorous growth. Note: Growing daisies from seed is an easy and rewarding way to add cheerful blooms to your garden. Enjoy their beauty and attract pollinators like bees and butterflies! — Shipping Notice: To sustain our competitive pricing and slim profit margins, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for delivery issues resulting from “incorrect address” or “no mail receptacle” situations. pepper cubanelle seeds organic non gmo heirloom 30 seeds free shipping

if you’ve ever smelled peppers frying on a summer evening, chances are it was a cubanelle. I grow these in my organic garden because they are the ultimate “sweet” pepper for people who want flavor without the fire, they have a unique, thin skin and a long, slightly wrinkled shape that makes them turn tender and sweet the moment they hit a hot pan. While they are usually picked when they are a beautiful light-yellow green, they are just as delicious when they ripen to a bright red, they are the backbone of a great sausage and pepper hero! thanks for stopping by. Peg.
