Red Salvia is an annual in colder zones, but will reseed. It grows to 18 inches high and develops red flowers up and down the stems. It makes a small bush looking plant when matured. Very nice plant. Likes sun. Either sow the seeds directly outdoors in the fall by pressing onto moistened soil (so they stay put) or sow indoors by pressing onto moist soil and keeping moist and in light until germination which should be within 21 days.
