Untitled DocumentStoreFeedbackFollow UsButterfly Milkweedis a variety of milkweed that is native to much of the United States. This perennial wildflower grows to about 1 to 3 feet tall, depending on environmental conditions. Butterfly Milkweed can be found growing in dry areas such as open fields, roadsides, farmland, wooded areas, and prairies. It displays long-lasting clusters of bright orange flowers on hairy stems that are a light green to a dull reddish-purple and can branch off at the top allowing for multiple flower heads. New plants can sprout from underground root rhizomes, or from seeds that shed from the long seed pods in the fall. 14100+ White Dutch Clover Seeds ‘New Zealand’ | Wildflower Gardening Flower Seed

Untitled DocumentStoreFeedbackFollow UsNew Zealand White Dutch Cloveris a 3 to 5 inch tall densely growing biannual clover with a white globe-like flowering top. This variety of clover is commonly used as a ‘living mulch’ that is grown between vegetable and flower rows or under tall plants. Clover has the ability to obtain nitrogen from the atmosphere and “fix” it underground onto nodules attached to its roots, making this a beneficial addition to heavy nitrogen feeding crops like corn, fruit trees and hardy perennials. This variety tolerates cold, heat and drought, foot or tractor traffic and poor soil, making it a good choice for trails and degraded pasture. Repeated mowing or grazing encourages the clover to produce additional shoots and biomass. It’s a highly palatable and digestible forage for livestock and wildlife grazing. The fibrous root system typically is in the top 6 inch of soil, although it does have up to a 24 inch tap root in the first year allowing water to percolate into the soil to improve structure and aid in nitrogen fixation. This is a great addition to any butterfly waystation or pollinator garden.Seed Quantity 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: To conserve resources we combine all orders of duplicate seed quantities of the same variety into one pack.
