It is perfect for mixed border colors and is suitable for containers. Mahogany Splendor can grow to around 3-5 feet tall 2-4 feet wide. The mahogany-colored leaves are serrated margins that resemble maple tree leaves. The leaves are evergreen and can tolerate high temperatures without wilting or browning. The flowers are 2-4 inches in diameter with light pink petals and a deep red center. It is a pest-free plant as well as a deer-resistant plant.
