They are an indeterminate variety. They will ripen and develop a flesh that has a cream color to it. The flesh is meaty. This tomato is very productive and hardy, producing fruits as large as 2 pound. Great White Tomatoes can handle the heat due to having more foliage compared to other tomatoes. Tomato variety is more resistant to cracks and sunscald.
