Perennial Hibiscus – Dark Red Flower 25 Pack
25 pack (probably flower to 30) seeds from a dark red perennial hibiscus flower Bush. Harvested from a bush growing in zone 7-8 (right on the line). This is an ornamental flower, not the edible tropical hibiscus, it grows 4-6 feet tall and 3-5 feet wide. It dies off to the soil level in fall, but comes back in the spring. Seeds need to be scarified before planting, but stratification is not necessary. I’ve personally found that soaking in water for 24 hours after scarifying helps with germination. Once ready to plant, place them 1/4 inch deep in warm soil, 70°-80°F.
