Queen Of The Prairie SEEDS, (filipendula rubra)

Queen of the Prairie is a perennial flower that grows up to 60 inches tall. They take two to three seasons from seed to flowering. They develop large, pink flower clusters. It is best to plant seeds in late fall or early winter, but if that is not possible, put the seeds in the refrigerator for 3 months to break the dormancy of the seed. Sow the seed barely below the soil surface. They are slow to germinate, be patient! This plant prefers cooler weather. Cutting the plant back will encourage new foliage growth. Mature plants can be divided after it goes dormant for the season. 35 seeds per pkg.
