I have been growing these varieties for years and they are proven winners. You will not be dissapointed. NON-GMO HEIRLOOM VEGETABLES JUST TASTE BETTER! MADE IN USA Back in 2010 I bought my first assortment of heirloom seeds, off ebay actually, from Blue Ribbon Tomatoes in Kentucky. Unfortunately, they are no longer selling heirloom tomato seed, boo! Anyway, I bought 100 or so varieties and have been growing them out ever since. One of those tomatoes that I just started saving seed from this last year was LIGHT BLUE CHERRY tomato. This tomato performs great and is DIFFERENT! The original tomato, DARK BLUE CHERRY tomato, performed amazingly well for me in the high desert frontier at 4100 feet in 2016. My growing season is sometimes very long (May-November) and other years it can end in early September. No matter, this variety puts on a ton of fruit and does very well regardless of length of season. Great flavor and appearance. Back to the story…These tomato seeds came from seed I had saved in 2016 of DARK BLUE CHERRY. One of the plants of DK BLUE CHERRY I planted out this year, 2017, put out fruit that was lighter in color than normal. All of the fruit on this plant were of lighter color. It was easily apparent because I had two other DK BLUE CHERRY tomato plants growing right next to it with the darker blue fruit. This is an awesome tomato. VERY PRODUCTIVE, this is a great variety FOR KIDS! Easy to grow.A cherry sized, dark pink/violet color tomato. Very TASTY! This was great again in salsa, salads, and just eating as a snack.Great choice for an “HEIRLOOM TASTING PLATTER” with different colors of cherry tomatoes, this one really stands out.Did You Know? Research shows that protective effects of tomatoes against prostate cancer and cardiovascular disease result from the synergy of lycopene with other phytonutrients naturally present in whole tomatoes. Lycopene is highest in organically grown tomatoes.Frontier Seed brand vegetable seeds are all NON-GMO and open pollinated heirloom varieties.Buy with confidence and plant the best!Nutritional Value: The red tomato is listed on most nutritional lists as a super-food. It is packed with the antioxidant vitamins A and C, potassium and the B vitamins for heart health, and above all a powerful carotenoid called lycopene. This phytonutrient, which is responsible for the bright red color of tomatoes, has been studied for its role in fighting various cancers, and its ability to lower cholesterol. When tomatoes are cooked, even more lycopene is made available. Lycopene has been shown to be especially effective when eaten with fat-rich foods such as avocado, olive oil, or nuts. There are the ingredients for a powerhouse salad! HEIRLOOM VEGETABLES JUST TASTE BETTER! Heirloom tomatoes come in all colors, shapes, and sizes ? Reds, Pinks, Yellows, Orange, White, Green, Striped, and Black. Kori Sitakame hot chili pepper seeds non-gmo heirloom VERY RARE LANDRACE VARIETY

MADE IN USA Back in 2010 I bought my first assortment of heirloom seeds, off ebay actually, from Blue Ribbon Tomatoes. Unfortunately, they are no longer selling heirloom tomato seed, boo! Anyway, I bought 100 or so varieties and have been growing them out ever since. One of the hot peppers I’ve continued to grow, that has been a favorite, is the KORI SIATKAME HOT CHILI. KORI SITAKAME HOT CHILI pepper seeds, heirloom, open-pollinated, non-gmo. 15 seeds per packet. KORI SIATKAME HOT CHILI peppers have a mild chili flavor, are a dark green color, turning bright red, and are fun to grow! Very productive. KORI SITAKAME has performed amazingly well for me in the high desert frontier at 4100 feet. My growing season is sometimes very long (May-November) and other years it can end in early September. No matter, this variety puts on a ton of fruit and does very well regardless of length of season. Great flavor and appearance. Great added to stir fries, salsas, and sauces, or peeper challenges. PROLIFIC you’re going to get a lot of these peppers! Plus, when I first started gardening I always wanted to grow peppers, but only ever got a few per plant. This variety puts on a lot of fruit, you’ll be glad you planted this one.Just did a quick ebay search and CURRENTLY, I AM THE ONLY PERSON SELLING THIS VARIETY OF PEPPER SEED ON EBAY!Originally, when I got this seed, the name alone made it sound like it was from Japan, BUT I was wrong!According to Dan Carmona, on the National Gardening Website…Kori Sitakame means “red chile” “Landrace Chile” From Norogachi, A Tarahumara pueblo in highland Chihuahua. Relatively thin-walled and smooth-skinned triangular fruit. Looks almost translucent when dry. Medium to hot, increasing after a few seconds. The Kori Sitakame is called landrace because the peppers are grown and collected by individual families, and these specific “races” are tied to the land area they where they have been grown for hundreds of years. The areas where farmers still grow the landraces are Northern NM in high elevation villages (approximately 6,000 feet above sea level) that have very secluded fields and short growing seasons. While land-race varieties are genetically distinct from commercial chile cultivars, there is evidence that cross-pollination has occurred between the landrace-types and commercial cultivars, potentially threatening the distinction of these varieties. My seed has not been corrupted by commercial chilies, it’s pure.Medium to hot, increasing after a few seconds. 3″ long. Will produce in the low desert with shade and care, but does better the second year if over-wintered.Prepare KORI SITAKAME chiles by removing the stem, slicing lengthwise through half the pod and removing the seeds. Chop the chile and add to sauces or marinades for beef or chicken. Cook chiles with tomatillos, tomatoes and onions for a spicy sauce. Being a NM type, this makes a great roaster regardless of its small size. Benefits of hot peppers…Hot peppers may help lower blood pressure and high cholesterol, and that’s good news for your heart. The health benefit comes from capsaicin (pronounced kap-say-sin), the same compound that makes chili peppers like cayenne, jalapenos, and habaneros so hot. HEIRLOOM VEGETABLES JUST TASTE BETTER! Marglobe tomato seeds non-gmo heirloom open pollinated
Marglobe tomato seeds, heirloom, open-pollinated, non-gmo. 25 seeds per packet. Marglobe has fantastic flavor, is red and round. It has performed amazingly well for me in the high desert frontier at 4100 feet. My growing season is sometimes very long (May-November) and other years it can end in early September. No matter, this variety puts on a ton of fruit and does very well regardless of length of season. Though known for taking humidity, it took days of desert heat above 100 degrees with no problems whatsoever. Burpee says in their test garden, they average 50 pounds of fruit per plant. I don’t think my numbers were that high, but let me tell you, this variety does produce! 75 Days. Marglobe Tomato Seed was developed in 1917, introduced by the USDA in 1925Determinate. Marglobe Tomatoes are a humidity, disease, and crack resistant heirloom variety which is a good producer of 7 to 10 ounce deep red juicy fruits. Superb tasting fruit. Marglobe tomato can claim parentage of many of today’s hybrid tomatoes. The crack-resistant fruits are red, smooth and solid. Its earliness favors its adoption in canning regions of Northern States where frosts and short seasons are common. Although it is classified as a determinate variety, it does have a sprawling growth habit.Bred in 1917 by the USDA by crossing the now presumed extinct ‘Marvel’ tomato with ‘Globe’. Released in 1925. One of the first disease resistant strains with a good resistance to Verticillium and Fusarium wilt.’Marglobe’ was credited with nearly single-handedly saving the Florida tomato industry in the early part of the twentieth century. ‘Marglobe’ is also historically significant in that it was a parent of many other later tomato varieties1932 Burpee Co. seed catalog says about Marglobe…”No other tomato introduced recently has become know as quickly as Marglobe. It will withstand long periods of wet and unfavorable weather, yet produce a maximum crop of large, well rounded, bright scarlet-red tomatoes. It is resistant to Nail Head Rust and Fusarium Wilt. Within a very short time growers along the east coast, all the way down to Florida have quickly accepted the new tomato because of its many outstanding features. Young tomatoes have a tendency to be of a somewhat oval shape, assuming a perfect globe form when full matured. Very solid flesh with excellent eating qualities.”1935 Isbell’s Seed Co. seed catalog says about Marglobe…”Wilt-Resistant. Its fine appearance, great productiveness, deep globe shape, fine scarlet color and superb table qualities are giving it first place wherever it is known. The tomatoes are heavy, meaty and almost core-less. In color is is a most beautiful scarlet, ripening well up to the stem. A very productive variety suitable for truck growing, shipping and canning. For the home garden we like it very much. Marglobe is a medium early sort; the plants are of robust and erect growth, its foliage shading the fruit and preventing sunscald. Marglobe is resistant to “nail-head rust.” Ripens 10 to 12 days later than Earliana. The seed we offer was grown by ourselves here in Michigan, from seed furnished by Prof. Pritchard of the U.S. Government Experiment Farm.”1956 Henry Fields seed catalog says about Marglobe…”(115 days). Another dependable, wilt-resistant main crop variety. Vigorous grower, medium large, nearly globe-shaped, smooth and solid. The quality is extra fine, and it is an outstanding tomato for canning. Deep scarlet.”Marglobe is an excellent Canning Tomato! Marglobe tomato is known to do well in the cool climates of the upper East Coast. Marglobe tomato does extremely well in the south of course! Hank tomato seeds RARE non-gmo heirloom open pollinated MINI BEEFSTEAK
HANK tomato seeds, heirloom, open-pollinated, non-gmo. 25 seeds per packet. HANK has fantastic flavor(did I say DELICIOUS?!?!), is red, and pleated. VERY productive. It has performed amazingly well for me in the high desert frontier at 4100 feet. My growing season is sometimes very long (May-November) and other years it can end in early September. No matter, this variety puts on a ton of fruit and does very well regardless of length of season. Great flavor and appearance. Back in 2010 I bought my first assortment of heirloom seeds, off ebay actually, from Blue Ribbon Tomatoes. Unfortunately, they are no longer selling heirloom tomato seed, boo! Anyway, I bought 100 or so varieties and have been growing them out ever since. One of the tomatoes I’ve grown, that has been a favorite, and one I have grown several times is HANK. HANK is one heck of a tomato! This plant produces what I think look like mini beefsteaks, that was the impression I go the first year I grew these. And they put on ALOT of Fruit!! These heirloom tomatoes have a delicious flavor and produce even in the hottest of summers! Vigorous tall indeterminate., regular leaf plants that produce a lot of small flattened and ruffled light pink fruits. 0.5-2 oz. Fruits grow in large trusses. It is a very impressive variety to grow. Very good sweetish flavor. A small pinkish red pleated tomato similar in shape to Ceylon. Some people love Hank for its production and acid flavor. Other people say it is too seedy. The jury is out so you can decide on your own. INCLUDES BASIC GROWING INSTRUCTIONS a quick note on seed storage… I feel through my experience the best way to store your seed is in the refrigerator. Some vegetable varieties produce seed that remains viable for many years (tomatoes) and others produce seed that does not store well under any conditions (onions). I believe seed stored under refrigerated conditions could last 10 years or more. I have just planted some ACE 55 seeds from 2000 this last summer 2017. They did great! Germination rates were in the 90% range and these seeds had been sitting in a box in my garage for the past 17 years! I have some of that seed available now listed as Marlboro Ace 55. GET SOME! At Frontier Farms, we specialize in many varieties of Heirloom tomatoes, peppers, plus many other vegetable varieties. WHAT IS AN HEIRLOOM? Heirloom plants are grown from seeds that have been handed down thru generations, saved from year to year, some varieties dating back hundreds of years. Many made the migration from Europe and the East with the immigrants coming to the USA. The seeds are never cross pollinated and so they remain true to their particular characteristics. Heirloom tomatoes come in all colors, shapes, and sizes ? Reds, Pinks, Yellows, Orange, White, Green, Striped, and Black. Ranging in sizes of cherry and grape to large grapefruit size, meaty, or juicy. WHY HEIRLOOM? These tomatoes are more natural, they are non GMO (genetically modified). They do not have as long of a shelf life as store bought tomatoes, but that is what makes them special. They have a real fantastic tomato flavor not found in grocery store offerings. These tomatoes are indeterminate (they grow all season, they flower all season and they produce tomatoes all season. They don’t stop until frost. Once heirloom tomatoes are picked, they do not have a long shelf life as hybrids but they more than make up for any shortcomings in flavor. Please see my other listings and my store for more great varieties and thank you!

One of those tomatoes that I continue to grow out is the COYOTE CHERRY. This tomato performs great! This tomato, COYOTE CHERRY , performed amazingly well for me in the high desert frontier at 4100 feet. My growing season is sometimes very long (May-November) and other years it can end in early September. No matter, this variety puts on a ton of fruit and does very well regardless of length of season. Great flavor and appearance. COYOTE WILD YELLOW CHERRY TOMATO—–20 seeds per packet—–VERY PRODUCTIVE, this is a great variety. 65 days, INDETERMINATEA cluster of ripe “Coyote” tomatoes, still on the vine, was given to Craig LeHoullier by Maye Clement from Vera Cruz, Mexico, in 1990 during her visit to his display at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Harvest Festival. She related that it was a tomato that grew wild in Mexico (Craig’s note: there is more to add, but I need to find the letter she sent to me). Due to the pale color, Craig mistakenly originally listed it in the SSE yearbook as Ivory Currant – but the true name, according to Maye, is indeed “Coyote”.Wild white/yellow cherry from Mexico, large plant gets loaded with them, voted the “Tastiest” tomato at the CHOPTAG 09 tomato tasting, sweet like eating bits of fruit.Delightful little cherry tomatoes are creamy ivory with hints of yellow and an absolutely unforgettable taste. The flavor is not only sweet but is also marked by a fruity complexity. They are so irresistible that you won’t want to stop eating them at harvest time. Plants are large and quite prolific, bearing long clusters of these 1/2-inch delicious little treats. Heirloom variety originally from Mexico. This is close in shape and flavor ot another cherry tomato I currently have available, THE CHAMPAGNE CHERRY TOMATO. Champagne Cherry won “CHOPTAG” IN ’07, so you know they are both delicious. Champagne is just slightly larger than the fruit of Coyote, but both grow to be huge spawling plants with HUNDREDS of tomatoes on each plant. I canned these one year and was able to enjoy them through the winter months.Great choice for an “HEIRLOOM TASTING PLATTER” with different colors. Lots of ways to get creative here.Did You Know? Safe Seed PledgeAgriculture and seeds provide the basis upon which our lives depend. We must protect this foundation as a safe and genetically stable source for future generations. For the benefit of all farmers, gardeners and consumers who want an alternative. We pledge that we do not knowingly buy or sell genetically engineered seeds or plants. The mechanical transfer of genetic material outside of natural reproductive methods and between genera, families or kingdoms, poses great biological risks as well as economic, political and cultural threats. We feel that genetically engineered varieties have been insufficiently tested prior to public release. More research and testing is necessary to further assess the potential risks of genetically engineered seeds.
