Our plants usually grow between 2′ and 3′ in height with a similar spread. In some areas of our garden, it can grow 4′-5′ in height with a 6′ spread. The most attractive feature of this plant is its blooms. They feature 7 inch long, sweetly scented, night opening, white trumpet-shaped flowers. The flowers are attractive to night pollinators, especially hawk moths and are perfect for fragrant gardens. The pollinated flowers are followed by large and interesting thorny seed pods. They are easy to grow from seed by directly sowing them in the spring. Simply press the seeds into the soil of the garden where you would like to see them. They thrive in areas where other plants may struggle. They prosper in areas with dry/poor soil conditions.
