Crape Myrtle Tree Seed Pods 6 Count Count/Organic And NON-GMO
Crape Myrtle Tree Seed Pods 7 Count Count/Organic/NON-GMO Note # 1 – 6 Pods total. Within EACH pod there is approximately 15-20 seeds in it. So you are getting approximately 90 seeds all-together. You need to break open the pod in a very specific way as not to break the seeds inside which are almost paper thin and then break apart each respective chamber within the pods where more seeds are hidden. Note # 2 – There are several ways to germinate these and lucky for you I have tried them all. First of all: you will need a SEED STARTING MIX. Do not plant it in regular potting soil as it is too rough and not well-drained enough for these delicate seeds. There are 2 ways in which I personally have tried-out myself and have worked. One: plant it in a seed starting mix and wait 2-3 weeks for it to sprout. Some will sprout, some will not, that is just the nature of things. Method # 2: you break open the pod, and place the seeds on a piece of paper-towel, then you close it up (wrap-it-around) the seeds, take a water-sprayer and spray the whole paper towel until it is VERY MOIST but not soaking wet. You then place said paper-towel wrapped around the seeds in a small ziplock baggie. You then wait approximately 2 weeks or less checking on it once weekly.
